System Commander

Hi, recently, I put a 40 gig Maxtor into my fathers computer, we created 3 partions, 2 primary, 1 extended (with 4 logical drives) with System Commander 7.0 Anyways, we installed DOS onto one of the primarys and Win2k on the other. The extended partion is also FAT 16, but the MS-DOS refuses to see anything but C:, where it is installed. Anyone got any ideas?

You positive it's FAT16 and not FAT32?

I am positive. I did all the partioning. Win2k works fine, says its FAT 16, and SC says its FAT 16.
