tutorials for ASP, PHP, and Flash

what is in demand right now for webmasters and what is essential to know? i know HTML and a lil' CSS, but that is about it. I keep on hearing about ASP and Flash. I have the flash program, but never bothered to mess around with it...thought it would be too difficult. Also, what is the learning curve on ASP, PHP, and Flash? easy? moderate? difficult? don't bother? hehe. are there any good tutorial sites...what really got me thinking is when some of my classmates posted up their resume, they had all this stuff under their belt (course some of them were alot older than me)...all i had was some VB, C++, HTML, Basic PC Assembly (thought that was pretty good, guess not). thanks for all your feedback guys/gals.

p.s.- i am a CIS major (computer info. systems, so all the stuff i learn about languages, assembly, etc., is done on the side because none of this is taught in class)

I think ASP/PHP in conjunction with MySQL is pretty big now since a lot of big sites are dynamic and database driven. Flash is nice and all, but it's for site's with little content and has become overused.
