http://qce-ga.sourceforge.net/index.html#Introduction for your logitech. Please read the documentation .. it works cos I am using it.

This is a good place to get started on info on links to getting the Epoch OS driven PDA's talking to Linux http://timocharis.com/help/mako.html
Unless of course, your question deals with getting rid of the Epoch OS on your Psion and putting in Linux .. that, though I've never worked with Psions, is a great adventure and a google search will give u tons of info on it.

Regarding spooling and printing, what printing system are u using?
In general the following commands should get you started generically for lpd:
lpc - Control the line printer system
lpd - The line printer daemon
lpq - Query the specified print spool
lpr - Send a file to the print queue
lprm - Remove a file from the print queue
pr - Print a file
tunelp - Modify printer characteristics

if you dont know what it all means try checking the man pages for help on them

If you are using CUPS (what did you use during your installation?)
you could try issuing the following commands on your console (sorry I dont know mouse techniques .. GUIs come and go .. but learning the console will teach you more about the machine and about efficiency .. of course that is just my way of functioning .. )
<b>
service cups stop</b> (this stops the CUPS service)
<b>rm -f /var/spool/cups/*</b> (this removes all pending spooled files from cups' Q)
<b>rm -f /var/spool/cups/tmp/*</b> (removes some tmp files that may be there)
<b>service cups start</b> (start up CUPS)

I am not too sure but I think you can cancel a file by doing <b>cancel -a <i>printer</i></b>

I hope this helps.

have you read http://www.mandrakeuser.org/index.php .. its a great compilation IMO for new users of mandrake.

Are you using KDE? Another good read: http://printing.kde.org/ (check out section on job management)

:)

Wonderful isnt it .. there are about 4 billion other ways to cancel a job sent for printing .. some find one simpler than the other .. but u have so many options!
