cant find info for samba

I want to connect a mandrake 8.1 machine to 2 win98se pc's.
as far as i found out by now.i need a program called samba. it is included on my installation disks. but i need to find info first since i m a total noob on this. anyone know some good sites?
My win98 pc's are in network already (with the normal windows 98 protocols, tcp/ip, ipx, netbeui, ... 10mbps hub).
