Just got myself a data cable for my Nokia 3310, it has a black rubbery square thing around the prongs for connection, do I have to remove this before use?
How am I supposed to connect this to my phone without it busting?
Any ideas?
Thanks,

Do they sell Nokia 3310's in North America?
I'm sure North Americans use different phones (at least they look different on TV).

Who knows, turns out all I had to do btw was jam the cable in both ends, ram the battery in on top of it and play around in Logomanager
Good fun and I've got a whole host of new logos etc

I tell you what, my missus has a Nokia3310 and she HATES it!
Battery runs flat in no time. It's her third 3310 (the other two being returned with other faults).
I don't know why they are so popular. I think they suck!

My battery does seem to run out rather quickly but there, I'm always messing with it
The Americans I believe can buy a similar phone the 3390 which we don't have
Thanks
Jim
