Plus! Microsoft Internet Cache

Appreciate some assistance.

Working on an old laptop that was handed down to a friend. It has W95 Version 4.00.950 installed on it.

In the C:\ drive, Plus! is installed in a folder under C:\Program Files. (There is no reference to it in Add/Remove Programs of Control Panel.)

Under Plus!, the following folders appear:

Plus!
Microsoft Internet
Cache
History

The Cache folder has 8847 files in it!!!! A group of them appear to relate to porno sites.

Want to get rid of the stuff, but don't want to make the wrong move. There is no OS CD available for this laptop, and it only has a Floppy Disk Drive.

Is it safe to delete the Plus! Cache folder?

Boot to safe mode, delete anything you like in the cache, and all temp folders, including c:\windows\temp, c:\windows\temporary internet files, c:\windows\history and c:\windows\cookies, as well as all related stuff in c:\program files\!plus\cache and c:\program files\!plus\history
