My friend has Nero installed on her computer but she has this problem.
She tells me that whenever she tries to copy an existing CD by placing the source disk in her CD ROM drive and a blank CDR in her CD burner, and just hitting "copy", she gets a message telling her that it cant do this because "they are on the same bus".
The only way that it works for her is to go into the create a disk (explorer type) screen and select the CD ROM drive from the window on the right side and drag it accross to the left screen and burn from there. It copies okay using this method, no mention of "being on the same bus"but I cant understand why this is happenning, why wont it burn the disk by just hitting "copy" same as I do with my copy of Nero.
Has the CD burner been connected correctly. She doesn't know how it is connected. (doesn't know anything about computers)
If someone has had this problem perhaps you could enlighten us as to what is wrong. Thanks in advance for any replie.
