Logitech MX 500 problems

I am having problems with games (UT2k3 & BF1942) recognizing the scroll wheel properly. In UT2k3 nothing will happen. In BF1942 on the screen where you choose a server when I scroll up or down it will just keep going. The same thing happens when I try to change weapons. I had a MS IntelliMouse explorer that worked fine, but I had to give it back. It doesn't happen when I use the XP drivers but the mouse seems to move slower. I tried raising the speed in the control panel but it was still to slow. I also tried dl the newest drivers from Logitech, same problem. Anybody know of any thing I can do to fix it. I have the same problem with quake 3 with my mx700. Im not sure why my scroll button doesnt work but did with my microsoft mouse. But you might want to ask on the UT or BF1942 forums. Those guys could probably help you out.

Same Problem here with a logitech.


Maybe we must set it off of Webwheel or something.
