Network adapter file missing?

I have tried to network my 2 home computers, the problem I am having is when I restart my one computer it comes up that

Cannot find device file needed to run windows or windows application (file is vserver.vxd) I looked in network addapters and found it to be on the list under driver info and when you click on it it says it is not installed.

I tried to up-date drivers and still it does not fix it. What can I do to reinstall this file?

Can it be copied from another computer to floppy and transfered over to the one missing it?

I have Belkin network card and router
The first computer took all drivers and is working fine.
