i have a text document that's in korean that i'd like to put up on a clients website. i'm using ms word and dreamweaver. the thing is when i copy the korean characthers from the text doc to the dreamweaver workspace it comes up as "?" marks. is there suppose to be some kinda plug in?

well from the word document i just saved it as an html file then later went into it with dreamweaver to do other minor changes
