I have partition magic and the rescue disks consist of two. I hate boot disks so I want to make a bootable cd. I know how to make a bootable cd but what I want to do is be able to put both diskettes on one cd that way I don’t have to use 2 cds.
I have tried making the first Cd bootable with the first diskette and then copying the second diskette to the cd but that was a no go.
Has anyone done this before?

Hmm...
I've found some items. Perhaps you can find what you are looking for there.

Try copying both disks onto one CD, boot from that CD, then run pqmagic.exe
FYI, a win98 boot disk an be substituted for the first PQmagic floppy.

Hi Doobie, Sorry I led you down a dead-end road...My bad. I didn't realize that even though you boot from CD, it still looks for the floppy. I wasn't at my home computer so I jumped the gun & posted W/O testing first. :(
What I ended up doing was: used Nero, a win 98 boot disk, and the files from PM disk 2 to make a bootable CD. Then I run pqmagic.exe. It works great; alot faster than the two PM floppy disks. I even added a couple of other dos programs that I often use.
