Not my week for modems.

Hi all!

I have an internal 56k modem that can not detect a dial tone.

All drivers look ok with no conflicts.
I have no problems with connecting a telephone to it and calling out.
I can not hear any noise with the phone line either.

I installed an external and it worked first go.
