Outlook Express toolbar

On windows 98 se and outlook express. I have 3 email addresses, on the main one I have "lost" my toolbar I have tried all the usual controls,ie "Layout",Toolbar ,customise etc but without avail.
I would most grateful for any suggestions for a cure.

Hi eric;
Did you try reset button on that customize window? Only other thing that comes to mind is a repair of IE which I believe includes OE.

Most of the layout controls are under the view menu, check in there and see if you accidentally turned anything off.

Thanks for replies, KK. Have tried "customise" but customise window will not open on this email address ,however it does on the other two addresses..... Xayd - Have also checked layout window ,nothing off there either
