Can't log in onto the internet on my client computer!

Need some help. Just installed windows XP on two computers networked together and internet connection sharing. Initially I was able to get on the internet with my client computer and host computer. Now I can only get on the internet with my host computer. I pinged yahoo.com from the client computer and returned packages, but, I can't log on the internet with Internet Explorer. Any suggestions to fix this greatly appreciated.

Internet Options - Connections - LAN Settings - uncheck "automatically detect settings" and make sure you don't have any proxies listed or enabled.
