Looks good to me. Go with an Enlight or Antec case. One fan in the front of the case will be fine. No extra fans are needed.

Hi and welcome to the PC Mech forums! :)

I'd go for another VC. That Radeon 7000 is no good for gaming.

Regarding cases, get one that looks cool to you, but make sure it comes with an Antec, Enermax or Sparkle power supply.

Also note that Intel mobos are very good, but you cannot overclock with them. If you'll never OC, then it's good; but if you plan to do it later, get another mobo.

Get a GeForce Ti4200 and your set.

Thanks for the replies ...u guys are really helpful.

One question on the case...for the build listed above would an antec slk 2600 AMB a good case (if I add one front fan to it?)..
BTW, do these cases have a removable MB tray?? is it really hard without a removable tray?

Thanks

Yep, that case is a great buy for the price. It doesn't have a removable tray but most cases don't and you shouldn't have a problem installing your mobo. Mobo trays are nice if you're constantly switching out mobos but aren't really necessary for the average user.

Some removeable mobo trays are hard to get back in the case too, so I usually don't take 'em out.

P4's run very cool - you shouldn't need a front fan as long as it has a rear exhaust fan and a good HSF on the CPU (the stock retail box Intel fan is VERY good).
