What Exactly Is This?

I run PC-Cillin which also has a Personal Firewall. My Linksys also has a hardware firewall.
In the personal firewall log, I found this:

Cloak... TCP... Source IP 168.143.107.201 SO...80
DE... 1679 Description... Cloaking

I entered the IP addy and it went to a site called Spinbox. It looks like an advertising site that can get your ads into somebody else's pc.

What do you think?

Thanks for the help.
Along with that kind of stuff, I'm now getting spam without a return address so it can't be bounced back to them.
I guess there are enough people that respond to them to make it worth they're while.

somewhere on my sys I have an app that does the spinbox thing too but I can't pin-point which app it is. I know this is spyware because now I get popups and I am running ZApro with the ad-blocker on. If you find out what spinbox is attached to please let me know!
