jdbgmgr.exe- Hoax ?

Just got one of these frantic virus warning !!! messages !!
from a friend, that sounds like a hoax. jdbgmgr.exe - yes its in my Windows /systems folder. Last one like this I deleted turned out to be benign and an integral part of windows.
Anybody have any info ?

Jdbgmgr.exe, is the Microsoft Debugger Registrar for Java and yes it is a hoax.

A good place to check when you get this type of e-mail is www.truthorfiction.com . I always check there for the "forward to everyone" emails :)
