Hi all,
I made another song this evening, this time with Dance eJay 4, which is a type of music creation software that uses loops. The song is entitled "Anna-Beauty", goes at 140 BPM and is almost 6 minutes long. It's a trance song. The download is about 5.5mb's. Here's a link to dload:

Let me know what you guys think of this song. I tried a couple new things in this one. Good or Bad, I appreciate all feeback. Thanks in Advance!
pretty good... in the very beginning of the song that first beat, it sounds kind of...I dont know the word for it, but you can like hear the loop in it, do you know what I mean? like every 3.5 seconds and loops, and you can kind of hear that...I would try and blend the sound a little better(not like I know anything about what your doing, its just a suggestion). That one robot voice is repeated one too many times for me and seems out of place in some parts of the song, but the middle gets really good. I think you can add a little more to the end, like hit a final climax in the song, that would be nice:D
Once again, I dont know about dance ejay, I dont use it, but I am a fan of all music, and I like to think I have relatively good taste in all fields, these are just minor suggestions, with or without it was still a pretty good job...better than most crap I hear on the radio and mtv. GJ:)

Thanks avx487, I appreciate your feedback, every little bit helps me to improve my music. On the climax you're right I probably should have done that, but after working on it for 3hrs+, I was ready to be done:). Once again thanks for your kind words.

I really like this one, floppy. I like the way you used her voice. This one carried me out of myself....
No Problem. Thanks for the new song:D
What is it about techo/trance and a womans soft voice? It's oddly euphoric...

Thanks for your kind words Tim. All the female vocals in there actually came with the program, but the male vocals I created myself (and no that's not my voice:)). Thanks again.

Does anyone else have any thoughts? Good or bad, I appreciate all feedback. TIA.
Good work, just a few thoughts from initial impressions. I thought the male voice was used a bit too frequently in the first two minutes of the song- also, it bothered me somewhat that he wasn't saying anything intelligible. Seemed to get in the way of listening to the progression of the themes.
In the beginning to mid parts- some of the changes in themes could have been better transitioned- some changes seemed a little abrupt.
Also, almost two pieces. The female part could stand on its own as a song.
These are not criticisms, as I thought the piece was professional and imaginative.
