Red Faction II???

I knew nothing of this game.

Is it good? Should I buy it?

Is it out for PC?- I know there is a RFII for PSII. The original Red Faction was very good- sort of like a Half-Life game but with better graphics, sound, etc. Cool weapons, but you also got to drive vehicle (such as being a machine gunner on a jeep).
