freedom firewall info request

I would Like some info on how to disable freedom firewall.

I don't have the program but here lately I am getting more and more calls with people having it installed and being unable to connect and surf on the internet.

If possible I would like to know where the settings are so I could help a customer lower the settings.

Screen shots would be loved.
