Geforce 4 and video tuning

I have an Asus Geforce 4 Ti4200 (V8420) and would like some help. I have a VCR with a co axle cable going to my cable line and i have the VCR out cables going to my video card. My problem is when i try to run ASUS digital VCR it won't work. When i open the program it says "Cannot start capture driver, please check the current driver version is valid and installed correctly or reset WINDOW OS". I have tried installing the latest drivers with no luck. Any help would be appreciated. Also if you know of any articles on how to hook it all up and make it all work that would be great too!

Did the vid card also come with Asus Live! ?? Prior versions did, but not sure about the GF 4. If so, try running that. If it came on the CD, but you didn't install it, try installing it.

Also, how far does it open? Does it actually open up, but not record?
