I know a lot of people have talked the game to death, but here is my problem. Instead of slowing down when I get to 25k or more people, the game just crashes. It will not even load the save games, just crashes on load. When I bring up a back up, it crashes when I zoom in around the airfield.

What is up with this?

What a piece of crappy code.

Nevermind. Reinstalled the game and that seemed to have cleared things up for the time being.

Same thing happened to me. You need a good graphics card and memory

yes I think the minimum requirements on the box are deceiving. I doubled the minimum requirements and it still ran very very very slow. I think maxis should change them.
