I wonder if anybody can help me with this issue.
I had to change to a different MB ( From Intel CPU to AMD CPU ) but my HD will not boot but give me blue screen and then freezes.
Any idea as to how to solve this issue ??
Thanks

treat it like a new build and run through the trouble shooter here.

I would also do a clean fdisk of the HD and start over again. Your Hd probably has all the old drivers from the last MB you had. Me thinks that along with installing everyting fresh will fix your problem.

Backup the data from that hard drive and start over. Meaning slave that hard drive to another one, and copy the data from that hard drive onto the other one. It's best to start over.
reboot

You can run a repair.
Set the BIOS to boot from CD, and put in the XP CD.
Boot to it, and start as if a new install.
You will be prompted to "Repair a current installation of XP", and hit "R".
