what is win 32!? and how do i make certain programs a win 32 application!?

You are trying to run something you downloaded and it's coming back and telling you it's not a valid win32 application? That only means one thing - the file is corrupt or incomplete. Try downloading it again, if it still happens, the file sitting on the server is corrupt or incomplete.
