different CAT 5 Wires

Can different brands of CAT 5 wires be higher quality than others. I would assume so but wanna make sure. If so where is a good place to get some high quality, LONG, CAT 5 cables.

Standard CAT5 runs are good to 100 meters (328 feet) according to spec.
