Site slow to load?

I have found of late this site loads really slow (like takes several minutes) to load anything but the forums...I have deleted my IE temp files but is still a problem..I am also on a LAN...

Anyone else had the same problem?

Might be the ad server in some cases. The pcmech server is screaming fast now. Just upgraded it.
