I had a Gigabyte GA-7DX+ go out on me this last week. I've searched and searched their website and have not found a single email address or form to fill out to request and RMA# to ship it back to them for warranty work. I can't find a way to ship it back to them.
So has anyone ever been through this before with Gigabyte boards, can you refere me to a phone # or email that you use to get ahold of someone out there?
LoL - Well I tried a google search and tried their website as well, and it turned up nothing for me either...But I did find a post on another mech site that said their support "absolutly, positivly, unobjectionably sucks".
I did find this though:
Address: 17358 Railroad St, City of Industry, CA 91748.
- Tel: 1 (626) 854-9338
- Fax: 1 (626) 854-9339
- E-mail: sales@giga-byte.com
support@giga-byte.com
- Web Address: www.giga-byte.com
I would guess either try calling them, or emailing their support and praying for a reply. Its not much, but its all I could find. I hope it helps:)

Where did you buy the board from? If you got it from a place like newegg or googlegear, simpy put in a RMA request and they should send you a replacement.

Sorry to hear your troubles with the motherboard. I actually just had a Giga-Byte board go bad on me last week. Will never go back to them again. I think they suck, but some people recommend them for AMD processors. From now on I am with Asus all the way. I got lucky and was able to upgrade and get an Asus from the place where I bought all of my components. Good luck to you!
