You can disable onboard on the BIOS. Check the manual to find out where in the BIOS.
But some mobos won't let you disable it anyway. Hope it's not the case.

When i go into geforce property page..I get this statment..in Device status.
This device is not working properly because ACPI IRQ Holder for PCI IRQ Steering is not working properly [Code 31.] Now i have no clue what that means...Any help would be appreciated.

Hello Daryl,
Check the properties of that device, and a recommended solution should be there. If not, you will need to remove that device from device manager, reboot the system, and reinstall it.
Make sure you have APIC enabled if your motherboard supports it in the BIOS, and make sure you are not getting any IRQ Conflicts. Re-arrange your PCI cards. But first, reinstall all of your PCI card drivers. Once you remove them from device manager, power down, re-arrange your PCI cards, but do NOT and I mean do NOT use the PCI slot right below the AGP port.

Removed the other pci card and moved the video card to its spot and now it works perfect.I dont know why it acted like it did but..Works now. Thanks for your help.
