Win95 splash screen change logo?

Hi,

I'm sure this has been asked before, and I have carried out a search for it on the forum to no avail...

Does anyone know how to change the Win95 logo/splash screen to Win98?

replace the logo.sys file it has to be 320x400 96dpi at 256 colors

What about the shut down logo - what is that called?

logo.sys - Startup Screen

logow.sys - "Please Wait While Windows Shuts Down"

logos.sys - "It is now safe to shut down your computer"

These files must all be bitmap files with the size of 320x400 pixels and 256 colors.
