In my local news paper, someone is selling a monitor for $50. The brand is CTX and the model number is ctx-2085. It is a 20" monitor. I never heard about this brand of monitor. Is it any good? If so, $50 bucks for a 20" monitor is a really good deal.

With a .28 dot pitch, the picture will most likely be very muddy. If you don't mind that, then go for it.

CTX builds decent monitors as a rule. If it works well fifty dollars is a reasonable deal. As with any monitor I would look at it operating before I bought it.

hmm. i dont want the picture to be muddy. I use to have a 17" monitor from samtron. It was very nice in quality. It died on me about a month ago. I have been using my old crappy NEC Multisync 3v. I will just look some more for a monitor. Thanks.
