Epson 860 printing problems

I have an Epson 860 which I did not use for a few weeks.Now when I try to print it prints only black and redand there are lines through the print.

The black ink is about 1/2 and colour about 3/4. I have done the cleaning proceedure many times with no success.

Also how do you remove the ink catridge before it is empty.
