HDD & CD tracks

HDD tracks are the uniform throughout the whole platter, right? Is it on CD's that the tracks are larger on the outside and smaller on the inside?

Ah, it's the HDD tracks that are (physically) different sizes, while data tracks on a CD are (physically) exactly the same. ;)
