The Republicans have bussed in their "brownshirt" mobs to prevent votes from being counted in Miami. The 157 votes found there for Al Gore in just the sample count alone may be enough to change the certified total if included; therefore grounds to justify contesting the election. Both sides now say they will contest. A statewide manual count may be the only way to produce a legitimate winner.
