Will not POST!

Ok lets see where to start i have a ECSk7vmmt motherboard AMD ThunderBrid 1100mhz 256 ram OH! onboard video,lan,audio...

when i start the system its has a harddrive light but no power led. but the cpu fan is running, and the onboard led is on.

no beeps,and have tried pci video and agp video

help please..

this system was working before i switched cases.

i have tried just the board,cpu,a:,and powersupply.

Thanks for the info but i have already tried that. i am starting to think the motherboard is bad, or mabey cpu. i have a question how can you tell if the cpu or mother is bad??
