The 865 is the new "budget" board - and it's also micro-ATX. The 850E is the top of the line RDRAM board and is last year's technology. PC1066 RDRAM performs in the same ballpark as dual channel DDR, but is quite expensive. In my opinion, the speed of the AGP slot is irrelevant. If you want a proper comparison, compare that 865 to a 875P board.
