NOCD2-NOCD2 problem

NOCD2-NOCD2: the copy protection system was unable to verify your copy of championshipmanager.

That's the message a friend of mine gets whilst playing Champ Manager 4 (the latest version)

Any ideas? It is definitely a legit version

Hi,
You might want to check the documentation that came with the game, and see if the CD/DVD drive he has is compatible with the copy protection scheme used on the disk. Some schemes are not compatible with certain makes/models of CD/DVD drives.

Well the CD crashes the computer when you put it in his DVD drive and you have to hit reset. So we put it in the other drive and then the problems started

Likely a drive incompatibility then. Check it out.

eg. The Halflife: Opposing Force CD has a copy-protection mechanism that is incompatible with certain drives. This fact is clearly mentioned in the game documentation. That CD also tends to crash machines with incompatible drives.
