Just curious as to what the function of the DDE server is( in XP), and what the possible causes of it hanging up are? It basically freezes. In Task Manager it says that it is not responding, and it takes a while to End.

It might be better to have this posted in the win XP section, but I am going to leave it here for today. If no one gets an answer by this evening I will move this post to win XP.
