They all 3 seem like very good PSU's and i really like that vantec stealth but is it worth the higher cost?
TIA guys,

Well Why do you like it? Most Likely not since it isnt much quieter if any then the others.
the Stealth is also more since it has more wattage.

You really don't need a 420 watt power supply for a home system, I'd forget about the Vantec. Put the money you save into something else.
If you want a really good power supply that provides really clean power to the system, get the Fortron FSP350-60BN 350W P4/AMD Ready Power Supply for $32 or the Heroichi Electronic corp. Power Supply 350watt, Dual Fan, HEC-350LD for $44 from Newegg.com. Tom's Hardware: Comparison of 21 Power Supplies (http://www6.tomshardware.com/howto/20021021/)

I didn't see what links you had but I just bought the Enermax EG365P 350W from newegg for $54 shipped. If you didn't get one yet buy either an Antec or Enermax.

I personally like the Enermax units over the Antecs. I feel that they use heavier componants and the fit and finish is better.
I also feel that Antec is more into marketing than Enermax which many times means gimmick over quality.

That's exactly why I bought the Enermax. The quality and finish looked (not that looks means it's a good unit; there are a lot of PSU that look better than Enermax) better than Antec units. I also liked the sleeving on two main wires it came with. However, if I couldn't get an Enermax I'd go with an Antec.
I'd personally get the 300W Enlight for $30 or the 360W Enlight for $39.
