having trouble acessing artikels on opening page

hi i'm having trouble acessing artikles via the opening page.

i get onto a page for artikles that's the old site design and is empty.
that's about it

I'm having the same issue. At first I thought it might be a problem with Mozilla, but I've confirmed the same happens with Internet Explorer.
