Internet Explorer Toolbar!! Argh!!

Hey everyone. i got a problem.
There's a toolbar appearing on my internet explorer. No matter what I do, I can't get rid of it. I'm thinking it came along with Messenger Plus 2! or possibly a messenger skin? I'm not sure.
When I right click on it and remove it, it simply returns back next time I restart windows.
There doesn't seem to be an uninstall function either.

Can someone please help me out, cos this is really starting to bug me

Get Spybot Search and Destroy from the link below and install/run it. These are call Browser Helper Objects (BHOs) and you can get a freeware program call BHO Demon at the other link. I also suggest that you get Start Page Guard also from the second link to prevent these objects from screwing with your settings.
