As above, anyone have any experience with PNY rma's?
The phone number leads to a never ending game of "press 1 for more confusion...."
How do I get a real live human at PNY to answer the phone?
Please.....

All they give you is a Phone number which means that I will never buy a PNY product ever again. And I tell everyone I see that is shopping for anything branded by PHY this.
I bought one stick of PNY PC2700 at CompUSA, due to the rebate, and it wouldn't work on an Abit, Soltek, or ASUS board. I finally got it to work with an older EPOX in order to get rid of it.
PNY is total garbage and the phone only RMA policy tells me that they know it!

PNY makes absolutely nothing - they are a relabeler/reboxer. Their Nvidia-based video cards are made by MSI and are actually quite good, but I don't trust their ram as far as I can throw it.

Got a operator on a line used for sales, and got me an rma. See how ya do things like this?
After getting the rma number, noticed on the receipt that he had got the extended compusa warranty. So, back to Compusa it shall go. They best not give him a 5200 or 5600, they are junk in comparison.
Thanks for all the replies, guys!
