Have you looked on the D-Link site? Give a model number and maybe someone here can help find you one.

No, that *is* a serial port, used for configuration.

well she found the power cord for the modem, new problem.she had adsl in her home she moved and is still paying for the connection, she has had her phone number moved to her new home, same district, tech told her it should work there,i have my doubts if its that easy.also she bought a new computer, will that make any difference.

If the telco tech says it will work then it should be fine, they will just be moving her phone# to different cable pairs to reroute it to her new location, but the dsl equipment will still be in place as it resides in the CO. As far as the new PC, she'll just have to setup the same way it was on old PC to utilize the dsl internet connection...

found out the problem with connecting they had a filter attached but you only put them on telephones and faxes.also if you have a new computer you have to register it online
