SUWIN errors usually points to defective RAM, but try another IDE cable first. If that doesn't help, then swap out the RAM.

Ok i swaped out the RAM like you said i dont get the SUWIN error anymore but i still get the other two errors, i get the msgsrv32 when windows is detecting non plug and play hardware.

With Win9x OS'es, I'd install the OS without any PCI cards installed (sound, modem, NIC, etc...)...just the motherboard, CPU, heatsink, video card, RAM, floppy, hard drive and CD-ROM drive.

After the OS is installed fully (with all related motherboard chipset drivers properly installed), then install the PCI cards one at a time, install the driver and make sure it's working properly before you install the next card.

I'd go with Cricket on this one FLG, but on a side note, is your video card built in to your motherboard? Did you try to swap the motherboard?
Hope That Helps
Joe
