What do you plan to install on the board? What will it be used for? Amptron isn't one of the best manufacturers. I have used Asus, Abit and Intel boards in the past with no problems.

I certainly would not touch it. Right now I would stick with either Epox or Asus since I use AMD.

Isn't Amptron made by PC Chips? If it is, I wouldn't recommend using that motherboard.

Amptron is just a rebadged PC Chips motherboard. As a matter of fact they are so cheap that the manual that comes with their motherboards still says PC CHIP on it.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
