If you've got WinXP, you could always try new themes (http://www.themexp.org/).

but i'm setting my visual setting to the best performance which means i'm using the basic WIN Me skin
and still Microsoft outlook office outlook has it's own skin .
i can't find any options for changing the skin in it's Options
does that means that Microsoft just doesn't want any one to change the way that outlook looks like ?
please if any one knows how to change outlook skin tell me

Umm, is there some reason why you are replying to a 4yr. old thread?
The answer AFAIK hasn't changed.

i've just found that page in my web search :)
i truly like the fast replies i think i'll like the place here
regardless i didn't find what i've been looking for so far :(
but i think i'll survive with the outlook skins
don't you hate Microsoft sometimes ? for not alllowing programmers to change things ?

You can always use another e-mail client - Thunderbird has plenty of themes - from making it look like Outlook and/or IE 7 to looking like the Mac OS to looking like your kids used crayons to draw all the buttons.
