I I've been shopping for a good antispam plugin for Outlook XP. I have tried:

Ella for Spam, SpamEnder, Spam Inspector, SpamCatcher, CloudMark, MailWasher, and Disruptor OL.

I have spent a few weeks with each one and I have to say nothing has been as fast or as accuarte as Disruptor OL.

http://disruptor.de

It successfully integrates all the popular antispam technologies into one, simple, powerful interface: DNSRBL, whitelist, blacklist, autowhitelisting, bayesian filtering, simple keyword filter, Perl regular expression filtering, language filter, rule combinations, etc etc It has caught nearly 100% of all my spam.

Now my question to you: Other than the products listed above is there a better outlook plugin for antispam? Right now I am immensely pleased with Disruptor. At $23 USD I am not sure there is a more powerful option. I am not looking for a freeware solution. I like disruptor in that the author is regularly updating it. I am not looking to save money. I simply want the best (most powerful, most configurable, most accurate) antispam plugin for outlook.

sorry for posting twice. I just reviewed the forum guidelines and reposted to include the product name. I was unable to delete this thread.

this outlook plugin rocks! It puts to shame the lame feature of Outlook 2003. I love "secure message". I use convert to text anything marked as spam. And I regularly cull the spam assassin rule archieves

for new disruptor filter rules.

this thing is a geek dream come true

Would this be a good solution for someone who uses Outlook but is very, very PC illiterate?

Let's just say that for someone who can send e-mail, reply to e-mail, and read e-mail, but gets a LOT of spam (50+ per day) ... would this be a good solution?
