I have Windows XP ,NOD32 Ver 2 , Tauscan Anti Trojan, SpyBot and Adaware Plus. I have been looking at BoClean because it is not a scanner . It runs in the background to catch trojans. I probably don't need it, but I was wondering if any one could give me any info on the program or the need. Thank you.

Hi William. Unless you're always opening attachments in e-mail or otherwise careless, a regular anti-virus program should suffice. I say this only because I've had 3 pcs on the Net for years and incurred only 1 virus - the KLEZ, on HER machine. Considering I had 2 boys always downloading music, etc., that's a good record. There are some programs that are good for trojans though, and one is free. Again, you don't drive down a bad alley, you don't pick up any nails. ;)
For the freebie trojan scanner:

Whether you need a Trojan program or not is a question only you can decide. Some allege you don't need a virus program. I have both: a virus and Trojan program. My Trojan program is BoClean. I had a Trojan program prior to BoClean and was unhappy with it. Not only was it a complicated one, but support was seriously lacking. BoClean is an exceptional program, I believe. Extremely easy to operate and support is extraordinary. And they are constantly identifying new Trojans and providing you with insulation therefrom -- almost on a daily basis. I have had BoClean for over a year now. I sleep much better knowing my computer has this protection. I highly recommend.
