Outlook 2000 strange problem

Hi everyone:

I have WinXP Home SP1 and Office 2000 SP3, with Outlook 2000 (v. 9.0.0.6627). The machine is a brand new build: AMD Barton 2500+, Abit NF7-S w/Nforce2 chipset.

When I click "Customize Outlook Today" in the Outlook Today pane of OL2000, nothing happens. What's the deal?
