this is what I was able to find:
====================================
7.) What is the maximum CPU speed the K7N415DA and K7N420DA can support?
A.) K7NCR415DA and K7N420DA is designed tosupport AMD CPU with maximum 133MHz (266DDR). At this time it is AMD Athlon XP 2400+ CPU.

thanks alot, now i can get a new processor :D
Make sure its not an AthlonXP with the Barton Core. I dont believe a Barton chip will work with that board.

If you search really hard, you may be able to find a 2600+ that runs on the 133 BUS.
These were readily available a little while back, but have since been replaced with a version using the 166 BUS.
HTH
EDIT : Bartons need a 166 BUS and the newest 3200+ needs a 200 BUS.
