Pop up is getting annoying

I don't know if you guys get it too or not, but I get this pop up that keeps telling me to go to some website to buy some program so the pop-ups will end. Here's the web site :

It's driving me nut. I hate it when i'm in the middle of a game and this thing pops up. Is there any way to stop it?

If you are running Windows XP, go to start/run/type services.msc, find Messenger and disable it.

If you are using another OS, try Popup Stopper.

Popup Stopper is a good program, its been knocking down all the popups i get :)

I've only used the free one and it does what its suppose to do, stop popups.
